Sisters In Sweat is a community, for women, by women, stitched together by sport and wellness. The community currently comprises well over 10,000 women who are present primarily in India and some across the globe! Our current offerings include physical sessions in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi NCR and Hyderabad. These sessions are curated specific to an activity and the session fee is inclusive of a coach, infrastructure and the technical knowhow for the sport. We also collaborate with select brands under the fitness and wellness umbrella, that offer our community members exclusive discounts and benefits.

To become a member of the community, you simply have to fill in your details and create an account through the ‘Join the Community' tab on the website. This is a one-time-process and completely free of charge!

As a member, you gain access to:

• to our community whatsapp groups. The majority of our members are on the whatsapp groups, and this is where the banter happens.

Currently we offer movement and sport and wellness based sessions, and social events in Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi-NCR and Hyderabad and virtual sessions over Zoom.

Some of the sport sessions we currently offer include football, box cricket, basketball, pickleball, padel, badminton, run club, swim, tennis and more. The movement and virtual sessions we offer are both fitness and wellness based. These include formats like MMA, Calisthenics, Piloxing, HIIT, Dance, Yoga and Hula Hoop. Under wellness, we provide engaging mental health sessions like Art Therapy and Laughter Therapy and nutrition-based sessions and talks.

Yes, the “Sisters & Misters” sessions, which happen on a regular basis across various sports in various cities are accessible to men. Our social events like Karaoke and Trivia Nights are also open to men.

For the physical sessions, it is advised to have girls aged 13 years and above attend, for safety reasons, however, we never want to discourage any girl from participating. Request you to notify us in advance if you are bringing a young girl along, and ideally accompanied by a parent/guardian.

For the virtual sessions, we have no age limit as such. As long as you’re comfortable, whatever your age, we’re happy to have you on-board. We have had three generations (daughter-mother-grandmother) tune in at the same time for our sessions, and we love it!

To book a session, you have to:
• 'Join the community' or Sign in (if you're already a member)
• Go to the ‘Book Now’ tab
• Pick between ‘Sessions, Events or Packages’
• Pick a session of your choice under that category
• Add to cart and check out

No. Many of our sport-based sessions are designed for absolute beginners, so prior experience is not necessary. We do also offer intermediate and advanced sport-based sessions, but this will be clearly stated in the description of the session.

Yes! We would recommend the 'beginner' sessions though, as they are designed for women who are playing the sport for the first time, or/and are returning to sport or physical activity after many years. Also, our coaches are extremely receptive and approachable, so you can communicate honestly with them about your limits, and they'll tailor the drills to suit you.

Most of our virtual sessions are 1 hour long. Our physical sessions are typically 1.5 to 2 hours long. This will be mentioned in the event details.

The price of each session (physical or virtual) varies. This will be clearly stated in the description of the session. We do offer monthly, quarterly, annual packages for select formats, and these packages appear in the Book Now Tab, alongside all the individual sessions.

Wearing sport-specific attire for the sessions is not compulsory. You can wear any athletic or workout clothing that you feel comfortable in. However, we do recommend avoiding running shoes for sport-based sessions, as they are designed mainly for unidirectional (straight-line) movement. Instead, opt for sports shoes or training shoes, which offer better support for multi-directional movements needed during sports activities. As you become more regular in playing the sport, we encourage you to invest in a sport-specific kit — it can make a noticeable difference in your performance and comfort!

The Virtual sessions are conducted over Zoom. Once you book the session, you will receive a confirmation on your registered email ID with the link to the session. You can also access the link under the 'Account' section of the website, where you can view all your bookings.

If you haven't received the link via email, please try accessing it through 'Your Bookings' under the 'Account' tab of the website.

Yes. For most sessions (unless otherwise stated in the description of a session), you will receive a link to the recording of the session within 12 hours of the live, regardless of whether you attended the live session or not.

We don't provide refunds for any of our sessions. For further information please refer to our Cancellation and Refund Policy on the Terms and Conditions document.

You are entitled to discounts on our Sister Brands’ websites, as well as the chance to participate in exclusive giveaways and competitions.

Multi-sport packages are annual, 6-monthly, quarterly or monthly packages with 3-4 sports that you can play across the duration of the package. This gives you the advantage of booking a very good deal of multiple sports at a discounted price, compared to paying for one session at a time. Once you book a package, you are added to the relevant Whatsapp groups and you can then vote in for the sessions you will be attending

We post a ‘Week Ahead’ schedule every Monday on the community whatsapp groups as well as on Instagram, for every city we’re active in. We pin the ‘Week Ahead’ on whatsapp and Instagram, so you have quick access to it through that given week. Everything you see in the schedule for the given week can be booked on the website.
