* Match duration: 10-minute halves with a 2-minute break (10-2-10)

Here’s everything you need to know before game day!
1. What’s an open category?
The tournament is open to anyone of all levels and expertise, there are no age or level restrictions whatsoever
2. Can I register solo or do I need a team?
We are only taking registrations for full teams.
If you are an individual and want to sign up, please message Aamir - 9874272551 and we will try to form a team if we get enough individual enquiries
3. Can intermediates participate?
Yes — if you've played the sport a few times and feel comfortable participating. Total beginners, however, are advised to get some match play experience before registering.
4. Will there be medical support on-ground?
Yes, we’ll have basic medical support and first aid available at all tournament venues.
5. Is my registration refundable or cancellable?
Registrations are non-refundable and non-transferable, so please double-check your availability before signing up.
6. What gear do I need to bring?
Participants must bring their own sport-specific gear — like jerseys, full football kits, and personal accessories. We’ll provide match balls and venue essentials.
7. Will there be prizes or medals?
Yes! Winners and runners-up in each category will receive trophies, medals, and some exciting goodies.
8. Can I participate in more than one city or sport?
Absolutely! You can register for multiple cities and/or sports — just make sure there are no date clashes and spots are still available.
9. What’s the age limit to participate?
You must be 18 years or older to register. There’s no upper age limit — women of all ages are welcome!
10. What does my registration fee include?
Your fee includes:
- Entry to the tournament in your selected city and sport
- A goodie bag
- Access to in-venue amenities, including hydration stations, Food & Beverage stalls to keep you refreshed through your matches
11. Can I bring my friends and family along?
Yes! We encourage it. There will be seating areas and fun on-ground activities for your cheering squad to enjoy.
13. What is the format of the tournament?
This is a women’s only 5 a side football tournament.
The format will be league-cum-knockout. Teams/players will first compete in groups, and top performers will qualify for the knockout rounds.
14. Is there parking at the venue?
Yes, there will be limited parking available at all venues.
15. What will the organizers provide?
We’ve got you covered with:
- Clean changing rooms
- Referees and officiating staff
- Match balls and other essentials
- Refreshments
