An active 75 mins Session consists of warm up, Football drills, a match and a cool down at the end.
What to Wear and Bring : Wear Yoour Comfortable Sports attire, Bring football studs ( If you don't have sports Shoes works too ), Water Bottle, Towel to wipe your sweat if required, and a lot of enthusiasm !! ;)
