A 45-50minutes HIIT home-workout with our founders Swetha Subbiah and Tanvie Hans 💪🏼
Swetha Subbiah is a Nike certified fitness coach and will lead the strength and conditioning elements of the workout. Tanvie Hans is a professional footballer, and will add the agility and athletic elements to the workout. Together, this session ensures a solid burn! 🔥
Open to all fitness levels! Body weight training. No equipment required. Variations of exercises will be presented, you may choose to do the one that suits you best. We’d love for you to be motivated by (and motivate) all the women on-screen to push yourself! 🙌🏼
What you will need:
* 3mts x 3mts of space
* drinking water
* yoga mat
* balled up socks or small items x 4 qty
