What to expect:
Dynamic warm-up & mobility to prep the body
Introduction to squash basics — grip, stance, and court movement
Shot practice — drives, wall work, and accuracy drills
Partner rallies & guided drills to build flow and timing
Cool-down and stretches to wrap up

Open to all levels — whether you’re picking up a racquet for the first time or getting back into squash, this session is all about learning, movement, and playing together.
