ACRO YOGA WORKSHOP !
Most fitness is solo. Headphones in, eyes on the mirror, you against the weight.
Acroyoga is the opposite. You can’t do it alone. You have to talk, listen, lift and be lifted, let go, and trust someone with your weight. Sounds intense, but it’s actually really fun.
Acroyoga brings together yoga, acrobatics, partner movement, strength, mobility, trust, and play. One person supports, one person flies, and both people build a shared language through the body.
You’ll use strength to balance, adjust, support, and respond. You’ll find mobility through real movement. The wobbles, corrections, lifts, and laughs become part of the learning and the body starts understanding what the brain was trying to figure out.
In this workshop, Aastha Gulati and Lokesh Devnani will take you through the foundations - how to base, fly, spot, and communicate safely. You’ll learn beginner-friendly acroyoga shapes, understand how to support and be supported, lift and be lifted, and experience a completely different way of building strength, trust, and body awareness.
