Celebrating Community and PRIDE, we bring to you CrossFit for Every Body!
CrossFit is a fun, high-energy fitness program that combines strength training, cardio, and functional movements. Think of it as training for real life — lifting, jumping, moving, and building strength in a supportive group setting.
The session is open to beginners and intermediate levels — anyone can join, no prior CrossFit experience is needed. The exercises will be modified to all levels.
This workshop will include:
* A fun warm-up
* Introduction to basic CrossFit movements
* A beginner-friendly team/partner Workout
* Cool-down & closing circle
* Music, energy, and space to just be YOU 
While the focus is on creating a welcoming space for the queer community, this workshop is not restricted— friends and allies are more than welcome to attend, as long as they are respectful and comfortable being in a queer-affirming space.
