Join us for SIS x Kokoro Studio: Yoga & Strength — a session that blends mindful yoga with strength training to help you move better, feel stronger, and build real confidence in your body.

Weights aren’t just for the gym bros, and yoga isn’t just for stretching. This session brings the two together to build foundational strength through intentional movement. Think of it as a masterclass in being fierce and flexible at the same time.

• Movement & Warm-Up — Gentle mobility and mindful yoga to prepare the body
• Strength Drills for Women — Functional strength work designed to build confidence and power
