Join us for a beginner-friendly women’s padel coaching session at CoPlay, It is designed for anyone who’s curious to learn the sport in a comfortable and supportive space.

The session will cover the fundamentals, grip, basic strokes, movement, and simple game play, guided by a coach to help you ease into the sport with confidence. Whether you’re completely new or just getting started, this is the perfect way to pick up a racket, stay active, and have fun.
All equipment provided (paddle + balls)
