Whether you're new to lifting or already comfortable around the barbell, this session is designed to help you discover your strength in a supportive and encouraging environment.
What to Expect:
Ice-Breaker Circle: Name + Strength in One Word
Dynamic Warm-Up: Movement prep and mobility drills to get your body ready for lifting safely and effectively.
Deadlift Session: Learn proper deadlift technique, build confidence under the bar, and work towards finding your 1 Rep Max Deadlift.
Cool Down & Stretch: Gentle stretches and recovery work to help your body reset after the workout.
