Join us for SIS x Let Her Cook: HIIT Women’s Day Edition — a high-energy workout designed to celebrate strength, movement, and community. This session brings together functional bodyweight exercises and dynamic intervals to build endurance, power, and core stability in a fun, supportive environment.
Expect a station-based HIIT workout where participants move through different exercises that challenge the whole body while keeping the vibe upbeat and motivating.
What to expect:
- Dynamic Warm-Up — A short mobility warm-up to prepare the body for movement.
- HIIT WOD Circuit — Six workout stations targeting strength, endurance, and core stability.
- Station-Based Training — Participants are divided into six groups and rotate across stations.
- Timed Intervals — 40 seconds of work with 20 seconds for transition between stations.
- Community Game — A fun group activity to keep the energy high.
- Cooldown & Appreciation — Stretch, reset, and close the session together.
Workout Flow
Warm-Up — 5 minutes
Main Workout (HIIT WOD) — 21 minutes
Participants rotate across 6 stations in groups.
Stations include:
- Jump Squats
- Beast Hold
- Alternating Reverse Lunges
- Shoulder Taps
- Mountain Climbers
- Glute Bridge Hold
Work Format:
40 seconds work + 20 seconds transition between stations
1 minute rest after each round
Community Game — 10 minutes
Cooldown & Appreciation — 10 minutes
Total Workout Time: ~46 minutes
