Hey Ladies! Beginner Bball is here!
This session is open to all women at the Beginner level of the sport! The basketball drills will be designed to both challenge you and at the same time, build on your basics!
This session is 90 mins long, and will consist of a warm-up, basketball drills which are fun and athletic, a small game and a cool down at the end. It is a super fun activity to add to your day and apart from that, even helps you get in your cardio for the day!
