SIS x WeWork - SWEAT FEST | Yoga + HIIT + Dance

Three workouts. One morning. A whole community of women moving together.

Sweat Fest is Sisters in Sweat’s signature fitness festival, a high-energy Sunday morning where you get to try three formats back to back, led by expert instructors:

🧘 Yoga: Ease in, stretch out and set the tone
🔥 HIIT: Push your limits with a heart-pumping session
💃 Dance Fitness: End on a high with a full-out dance party

Whether you’re a fitness regular or just getting started, every session is built for all levels. Come solo or bring your squad. Either way, you’ll leave sweaty, smiling and with a few new sisters.

Expect brand stalls, a goodie bag and great vibes all morning.

What to bring: Water bottle, a yoga mat , comfy workout wear and lots of energy!

Limited spots. Grab yours before they’re gone!
